Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you wish to cancel your order before receiving it, please contact our Customer Service Team at Info@markryden.ae. We will make every effort to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been processed. If the order has already been processed, the cancellation will be treated as a return. In all circumstances, our Customer Service Team is happy to assist you.

Return Policy for International Shipping

  • Address Changes and Cancellations: These can be made from Monday to Saturday before 1 pm on the same day you place your order. Please note that no amendments can be made once your parcel has been dispatched.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Return Window: We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Process: To start a return, contact us at Info@markryden.ae. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a shipping agent to pick up the item. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issue

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchange Policy

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • Notification: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not.
  • Refund Process: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
